Last June, I purchased a pair of Salomon V9 X3A Pro shoes from Ege Outdoor at the Susurluk Outlet. I wore them only occasionally for everyday city use, no more than 12 or 13 times in total. I always took good care of the shoes, and the exterior is still in excellent condition with no signs of damage, excessive wear, scuffs, or impact. They still look almost brand new on the outside.

Despite the excellent condition of the exterior, the inside of the shoes began coming apart at the upper rear heel area on both shoes. As the photos clearly show, I never used these shoes for hiking, off-road activities, rainy weather, or muddy conditions. They were worn only for light daily use around the city. Experiencing this type of interior failure after such limited and careful use was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from a premium outdoor brand like Salomon.

I submitted the shoes for a warranty inspection on Sunday, but I have not yet received any response. Based on the condition of the shoes and the way they were used, I believe this is a manufacturing or material defect rather than normal wear and tear. I respectfully request that the shoes be replaced with the same model if it is still available. If the model is no longer in stock, I would like to receive a full refund. I also ask that the warranty review be completed promptly and that my claim be evaluated fairly and thoroughly.
