Tod TV Charges Me for the Wrong Package at a Higher Price Than Quoted
On June 23rd, while trying to purchase the Süper Dolu Package through the Tod TV website, due to Tod TV's incorrect guidance and package presentation in the system, I was instead assigned the Süper Lig Package. After the transaction, a charge appeared showing $7/month for 12 months, totaling $88, deducted from my card. However, the package I was told about and wanted to purchase was priced at $6/month, and I had been told I would pay a total of $74 over 12 months.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I connected to Tod TV's live support line and explained that I wanted the Süper Dolu Package, but had mistakenly been given the Süper Lig Package, and that a higher amount than stated had been charged to my card. Despite this, the representatives I spoke with did not help me get the package corrected or resolve my situation, and offered no solution whatsoever.
My request from Tod TV is either that this subscription be cancelled and the amount I paid be refunded, or that my package be corrected to the Süper Dolu Package, taking into account both the amount charged and the price originally stated to me, and that my situation be resolved.
