TOD Tv Deleted My Paid Annual Packages After Yandex Code Error
On August 8, 2025, I purchased the TOD TV 4-Screen Super League and 4-Screen Sports Extra+ packages by paying the full fee. My membership is registered under the email address b*******@hotmail.com and the phone number ending in 342. On September 20, 2025, I accidentally applied a free 3-month code provided by Yandex to my account, and after this action, my paid annual packages disappeared. This issue completely blocked my access through Smart TV, the mobile app, and the website, where I now receive a “no authorization” warning. I immediately called customer service, was directed to live support, and submitted multiple requests. Each time, I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours, but three days have passed without a solution. At the moment, my paid packages are not visible, and I cannot watch TV. I request the cancellation of the code entered through Yandex and the reactivation of my paid annual package on my account. I urgently ask for my issue to be resolved.

Despite being reported multiple times, there is absolutely no response. They disgrace people with their own money.

On September 24th, I was told that I had marked it as urgent 7 times, now it's 30.09.2025 and I’m still being told my urgency has been reported 5 times. I guess the records are being deleted every day :) I call Bein Sports, they say there’s no record, and no one answers. Friends, if something like this happens, don’t waste your time, take it to court, there’s no other solution, just so you know.
