I Bought TOD's Top Package for Premier League But Can't Watch Any Live Matches

I purchased the top package of the TOD app, which boasts an extensive range of content, including the highly sought-after Premier League and Turkish League. But guess what? I'm really frustrated right now. There are no live matches playing and I keep getting an error message whenever I try to watch one. The mobile app is just as frustrating, with nothing functioning properly. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do anymore. I purchased a full season package, expecting to be able to enjoy all the matches, but unfortunately, I am now stuck with a completely useless app. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly.
