I Can't Watch Formula 1 With My TOD TV and Customer Service is Unresponsive

I bought a 1-year TOD TV subscription in March 2024 because it had Formula 1 broadcasts, which I was really looking forward to watching. I paid ₺395 for this service, hoping for uninterrupted access all year long. Unfortunately, whenever I attempt to watch Formula 1, the app consistently informs me that my package is inactive, despite my subscription still being valid. Adding insult to injury, whenever I attempt to reach out to customer service for assistance, the call mysteriously ends. It can be quite exasperating, particularly when you realize that numerous individuals are facing the same problem. It seems that TOD TV is exploiting its customers by not fulfilling its promises. I'm incredibly let down by this service and strongly advise others to exercise caution before subscribing.
