Toca Life World Not Showing Free Gifts

I use the Toca Boca Life app through the Play Store in Istanbul. From the very first day I installed the app—about 6–7 months ago—the shelves in the free gift section have always appeared completely empty. Many people I know play the same game, and all of their accounts show items, versions, and full content, but I don’t see anything. Every time I log into the game, I am met with nothing but empty shelves, and this issue has been ongoing.

I did not delete and reinstall the app because I was concerned that some of the paid content I purchased might disappear. I also couldn’t reach Play Store support or the game’s customer service. I only left a comment in the app’s review section, but nothing has been fixed.

I request that the missing content be added to my account and that the free gift section function properly for me, just as it does for other users.
