Toca Boca Loses My $107 in Purchases When I Switch From iOS to Android
I had been playing Toca Boca on my Apple device for a long time and made about $107 worth of in-game purchases. Yesterday, I switched from my Apple device to an Android tablet, but when I tried to log into the game on the new tablet, I couldn't access my account in any way. There's no ID, username, or login option showing up anywhere, and I can't access my previous progress or purchases.
I also couldn't find any clear contact information or support channel, either within the app or on their website, explaining how to link my account or transfer my old account to the new device. Right now, both the money I spent and the effort I put in feel like they've gone to waste.
I want my old account to be located and for all my progress and purchases to be transferred over to the game on my new Android tablet. I'm requesting that I be told whatever information is needed to identify the account — such as device information or anything else required — and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
