I Face Game Freeze On Toca Boca World After Update On iPad Air 9

Hello, my name is Masal. After the latest update of the Toca Boca World game, I started facing a serious problem. Although the game launches, it freezes on a particular screen and does not proceed further. I am playing on an iPad Air 9th Generation with version 18.5. This issue is extremely frustrating because I have spent a significant amount of real money purchasing in-game content and creating my world.

Before the update, I could play the game without any issues, but now I am unable to access the game at all. I rely on this game for entertainment and creativity, and the current situation is very upsetting. I have attached a screenshot showing exactly where the game freezes.
