I Can’t Unlock the Hospital in Toca Life World and the Game Keeps Lagging

I’ve had Toca Life World installed on my phone for over two years, but I’m seriously frustrated with the game now. No matter what I do, I can’t unlock the hospital or any other new areas. It’s like they’re permanently locked, even though I’ve waited and tried everything. On top of that, the game is lagging constantly, which ruins the whole experience.

What’s worse is that the in-game store is ridiculously expensive. When I compare prices with my friends, I’m shocked—they’re paying almost half of what I’m being charged for the same content. Why the unfair pricing?

Please fix the lag, unlock the hospital I’ve been trying to access for so long, and adjust your prices. This is supposed to be a fun game for all users, but right now it feels more like a cash grab with poor performance.
