TNT Fails to Deliver Express Shipment, No Response After Multiple Inquiries
TNT received my shipment (tracking number 257063082) on September 4th, and despite sending the required transport invoice and ETGB details, they still haven’t delivered my express shipment. Recently, they even asked for photos of the shipped items, which makes me suspect that the package may be lost. I’ve sent multiple emails but haven’t received any response. My customer is on the verge of canceling the order, and I urgently need answers, but TNT continues to remain silent. I expect an immediate update on the status of my shipment. This delay is unacceptable, and the lack of communication only adds to the frustration.
