TNT Express Failed to Deliver on Promised Date
On September 17, 2024, I dropped off my package at the Boğaziçi Nazar Kırtasiye TNT delivery point around 9:30 AM. The tracking number is 267774334, and the shipment was supposed to be delivered to the Netherlands by September 18, 2024, before 6:00 PM. However, I was later informed that my shipment wasn’t loaded onto the flight on the 17th. I was then told that it would be placed on the next available flight on the evening of the 18th, which was unacceptable since I had a strict deadline of September 18, 2024, for these official documents.
There was no force majeure or valid reason for this delay. I had spent a lot of money gathering these documents, and due to TNT's failure to load them onto the scheduled flight, I’ve suffered significant losses. I only discovered that the package wasn’t loaded when the status was updated much later. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid for express shipping to ensure timely delivery. I will be pursuing legal action for the damages caused by this delay. Additionally, I couldn’t even file a complaint on the website due to technical issues. The level of negligence and lack of responsibility is beyond belief.
