I reached out to them 10 days ago, and they promised to take care of the issue, but I haven't heard anything from them since then. Contacting them is quite a struggle, and even when I manage to connect, they fail to deliver on their commitments. This experience has been quite overwhelming, and I feel overlooked as a customer.
