Sürat Kargo Lost My Shipment and Did Not Follow Up Despite Repeated Attempts

Sürat Kargo has lost my shipment with tracking number 22314032253204, and it has been missing for 15 days now. I reached out to them 10 days ago, and they promised to take care of the issue, but I haven't heard anything from them since then. Contacting them is quite a struggle, and even when I manage to connect, they fail to deliver on their commitments. This experience has been quite overwhelming, and I feel overlooked as a customer. I have lost faith in Sürat Cargo for managing my shipments, and I wouldn't wish anyone else to experience the same difficulties. I sincerely encourage them to find my cargo and prioritise customer concerns moving forward.
