TNT Express Fails to Deliver My August Shipment

I had a transaction with TNT Express for air cargo shipment number 219893915. We sent out the package from our address on August 23, and it's been quite a while now, but it still hasn't reached its destination as of September 12, 2023. The delivery keeps getting delayed by the customer service team, with them consistently assuring it will be delivered 'tomorrow.' We are stuck in a never-ending loop of making empty promises to our recipient, and this constant cycle is becoming increasingly intolerable. They have not only effectively held our package hostage, but they also refuse to provide any resolution, such as a refund. TNT Express is a source of disappointment.
