Sürat Kargo Delayed My Cargo for 6 Days Without Any Updates

The package with tracking number 15300237155115 has been at the transfer center for 6 days now, since November 12, 2024, and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone by phone for an update. It's really surprising and annoying that a package that's supposed to be delivered in the same city is taking so long. On the same day, I sent another package to a totally different city, and it was delivered the next day without any problems, which just added to my confusion. The inconsistency in service is so disappointing, and I thought local deliveries would be managed much better. I hope this gets sorted out soon and that we can work on better communication and efficiency.
