TLcasino Keeps My Withdrawal “Pending” and Refuses to Pay Out
On August 29, 2024, I submitted a ₺1,000 withdrawal request on TLcasino. However, despite the long wait, the transaction is still shown as “pending” in the system and no payment has been made to my account.
I contacted TLcasino customer support multiple times, but every time I received the same generic response: “Your withdrawal is being collected in the pool, it will be processed once approved.” I even tried using alternative withdrawal methods, but I was told they were “inactive” and was offered no real assistance.
This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I suspect it happened because my winnings were higher than usual. My account has no restrictions, and I was not asked for any additional verification or documents.
I am demanding that my withdrawal request be completed without further delay and that TLcasino resolves this issue to prevent more players from facing the same unfair treatment.
