The status of my withdrawal remains “in process,” with no error messages or updates. During this time, I contacted customer support several times through online chat and Telegram, but each time I only received generic responses such as, “Please wait, be patient, you will receive a response within 1–7 days.” All my documents are valid and verified, yet I am still being delayed without any explanation.
