On October 25, 2025, at 18:30, I requested a withdrawal of ₺5,000 from my 1win account to my bank account. However, even after a week, the money has not been credited. The status of my withdrawal remains “in process,” with no error messages or updates. During this time, I contacted customer support several times through online chat and Telegram, but each time I only received generic responses such as, “Please wait, be patient, you will receive a response within 1–7 days.” All my documents are valid and verified, yet I am still being delayed without any explanation. This withdrawal process has become a real ordeal for me. I am tired of waiting and request that the payment be credited to my account immediately, along with a clear and positive explanation.
