Betcio Withdrawal Not Paid - Totowin Provider Failure Issue

On 01.11.2025, I requested a withdrawal of the ₺50,000 I earned through a promotion on Betcio. However, no payment has been made to this day, and I have been repeatedly stalled. I previously experienced a similar issue, where I was kept waiting for a long time and never received the payment. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to remove my complaint and wait, yet no solution was provided. My account is active, and I can log in without any issues. I request that my winnings be paid immediately and that the Totowin provider be removed from the platform. I want my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
