Timberland Watch Strap Damaged After Two Days

On October 14, 2025, I purchased a Timberland model TBL.15901JYB-02 watch from Timberland Ersa Saat in Istanbul for approximately $68. However, just two days after purchasing it, the strap began to show deformation. Experiencing this issue after such a short period of use was very disappointing.

I tried contacting customer service by phone but was unable to reach anyone. I have the invoice issued at the time of purchase, numbered ES251011112737579.

I am requesting a refund for the product and ask that the matter be resolved promptly.
