Timberland Boots Stitching Came Apart After Only Three Uses
I purchased a pair of boots from the Timberland Akbatı store, and by the third time I wore them, I experienced stitching coming apart and unraveling at the seams. Despite using the product carefully, encountering such a problem in such a short period of use caused serious disappointment regarding the quality of the product.
After experiencing this issue, I brought the boots back to the store and requested an inspection and resolution. However, I was told that since the product was over one year old, they would not be able to assist me, and no support was provided. Based on the level of use, I do not believe this type of stitching failure is normal and consider it to be a manufacturing or quality defect. Nevertheless, my claim was denied solely based on the time period.
From a brand like Timberland, I expect the stitching defect on my boots to be repaired free of charge or for the product to be replaced. I respectfully request that my complaint be reviewed in light of this defect and that my inconvenience be resolved accordingly.
Even though the warranty period had expired, they approved the review exchange request, but for an amount that doesn't even cover the price of a t‑shirt from two years ago!
