Timberland Lace Up Boots Hurt My Heel and Ankle

4

I purchased a Timberland Lace Up model boot through Trendyol. When I wore the boots, I noticed that the back of the boot is extremely stiff and causes serious rubbing against my heel and ankle, making them uncomfortable to use. Even during short try-ons, they caused discomfort, so it is not possible for me to wear them for daily use.

I bought the product on December 10 and noticed this issue immediately when I tried them on. When I contacted Trendyol customer service, they told me that since I had worn the product, they could not accept a return. My order number is 10776731374, and the product was delivered in İzmit, Kocaeli.

I expect Timberland, as a quality brand, to stand behind its product and assist in resolving this issue. I request that the current boots be exchanged for another Timberland model that does not cause this level of discomfort.
