Timberland Fails To Support Defective Gore-Tex Boots

I am writing to express my deep frustration with both the product quality and the lack of support from Timberland Turkey. I purchased a pair of men’s Lincoln Peak Gore‑Tex black hiking boots from Timberland.com.tr with order number 459677. Although this model is advertised with Gore‑Tex technology that guarantees waterproof protection, the boots have started leaking from the toe area in rainy weather, leaving my feet completely soaked. When I contacted Timberland Turkey about this problem, my concern was completely dismissed with the explanation that the two‑year warranty period had expired, so no inspection or action could be taken. I find this attitude and the lack of accountability unacceptable for a global brand that positions itself as premium and reliable. Gore‑Tex is a high‑performance technology and should not fail just because a two‑year period has passed. As a comparison, I have been using Gore‑Tex boots from a competitor brand for over eight years without experiencing a single leak. In contrast, these Timberland boots have failed in fulfilling their most basic promise of waterproofing, which clearly indicates a performance and quality issue rather than ordinary wear and tear. Timberland Turkey’s dismissive approach and refusal to stand behind the technology they promote and sell has caused a major disappointment and loss of trust for me as a customer. A formal warranty period should not be used as an excuse when a premium product fails in its essential function. I request that Timberland Turkey take responsibility for this performance failure, reassess my case, and provide a suitable solution, primarily by replacing these defective boots with a new pair that meets the expected waterproof standards.
I haven't received any update regarding my exchange request from Timberland yet, and I couldn't imagine this from such a big brand.
