Timberland Boat Shoe Soles Cracked — No After-Sales Support
I purchased a pair of Timberland men’s boat shoes, and the rubber soles have cracked. However, Timberland is not providing any support. The upper part of the shoe is still in good condition; I simply want to pay for and purchase a replacement pair of size 42 Timberland boat shoe soles.
As a brand, the company is not standing behind its product. The shoes are sold in Turkey, but when problems arise, they refuse to accept responsibility or provide assistance. In their response to me, they stated that they do not offer after-sales support in Turkey. I bought the product from the Timberland dealer Deriden store. However, since Deriden no longer sells Timberland products, they are not offering support either. The brand of the shoes is not Deriden—it is original Timberland.
