Please Recover My TikTok Account

I have been experiencing an unresolved account recovery problem with my TikTok account @usershellmell since last week and I am still unable to access it. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account, and there is no email address attached, so I cannot receive any verification codes or use the normal recovery options. Through the Help Center I contacted TikTok support and explained the situation. They replied by asking me to answer questions such as the exact month and year I created the account, the location where I created it and what kind of phone I used at that time. This account was created years ago and, despite checking my old photos and trying to estimate that it was around 2021, my answers were rejected as incorrect. It is not realistic to expect users to remember the specific device model or exact creation date from years ago, and because of this I am stuck in a loop where I cannot prove ownership through their current questions. I am the rightful owner of this account and I am willing to verify my identity in a more reliable way, such as by providing my official ID or any other reasonable documentation TikTok may request. I am asking TikTok to help me regain access to my account through ID-based verification, or to provide an alternative secure method of confirming that I am the owner, instead of only relying on details that are impossible to remember after years. I kindly request that my identity be verified via official documents and that my access to the account be restored as soon as possible so I can safely manage my content and continue using TikTok.
