Despite trying to regain access since approximately 2021, I have not been able to log in or pass the recovery steps, as all available options require the old contact information that I cannot use anymore. I currently have another TikTok account that I have been using actively since 2022, but I still want to recover my original account and continue using it. My clear expectation from TikTok is to be helped in regaining access to this old account through an alternative verification method, such as identity verification or confirmation via my current contact details, instead of only relying on the outdated email and phone number.
