TikTok Account Recovery Stuck After Losing Phone and Email Access

My TikTok account is currently inaccessible because I lost the phone that had both the SIM card and the email account linked to it. As a result, I no longer have access to the phone number or the email address registered on my TikTok account, although I still know the username of the account. I lost access last year (2025), but I do not remember the exact month. I have tried to recover my account through TikTok’s support and the in‑app/website help steps. Each time, the process tells me that a verification code will be sent to the email address or phone number linked to the account. Since I no longer have access to either of these, I am unable to receive any code and I am completely stuck at this step. I have not received any alternative solution or personalized support from TikTok regarding this situation. I kindly request that TikTok help me recover my account by verifying my identity with alternative methods instead of sending codes to my old phone number and email. I want the email address and phone number on my account to be updated to new contact details that I can access, so that I can securely log in and continue using my account.
