TikTok Account Not Found After SIM Change - iPhone XR Login Issue
I have been unable to access my TikTok account since 27 February, after I changed my SIM card and started using an iPhone XR. I have always logged in to TikTok with my phone number, but now when I try to log in, TikTok shows the message that my account does not exist. I contacted TikTok support about this issue, but instead of helping me recover the account, they only asked me for the exact date I opened the account. I genuinely do not remember the exact day and month because it was a long time ago; I only remember that I opened the account in 2020. As a result, my access problem is still not resolved. I request that my TikTok account be restored and that I be allowed to verify my identity and ownership of the account in another way instead of providing the exact opening date, which I cannot remember. I expect TikTok to help me regain access to my account and protect my data and content linked to it.
