TikTok Support Keeps Rejecting My Account Ownership Verification
I accidentally removed my email address from my TikTok account, and that email was the only login method connected to the account. Since the email address was removed, I can no longer log into my account in any way. The last time I was able to access the account normally was on April 22.
I followed the recovery process through the TikTok Help Center and provided every requested detail, document, and screenshot completely and accurately. However, despite submitting all the requested information, I continue receiving responses stating that ownership of the account could not be verified. Even though I have shared every official document and piece of information necessary to prove that the account belongs to me, I still cannot regain access.
I request that TikTok verify my ownership of the account through proper identity verification procedures and restore the account back to me as soon as possible. I want this login and access problem resolved urgently.

I accidentally deleted the email address associated with my TikTok account under the username “delibey06” around 00:00 on 22.04.2026. Because I have no other contact or login method registered on the account, I have been unable to access it since that date. My account is at level 28 and was only about 42–46 thousand points away from reaching level 29. Even though I have sent TikTok the receipts proving that the account belongs to me, I have not received any solution or response so far. Moreover, I have suffered a serious loss of effort and time due to the posts I made, the introductory live streams I opened for support, and the gifts I sent during those streams.
I request that TikTok, taking into account the receipts and evidence I have provided, confirm that the account is mine and reconnect my email address to the “delibey06” account. I kindly ask that the necessary actions be taken as soon as possible so I can regain access to my account.
