TikTok Manual Recovery Assistance

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “reaganscases_official.” I know my username and password, but I am unable to access the account because it is linked to an email address I no longer have access to and it is not connected to any phone number. For this reason, I cannot complete the verification steps and I am effectively locked out of my own account. I was still able to log in on my computer around a year ago, and I originally created the account in March 2020. I have contacted TikTok support many times through your channels, but each time I receive only an automatic, standard response that repeats the same information and does not solve the problem. I have screenshots and other evidence that can prove the account belongs to me, and I am ready to provide any additional information that may be required to verify my identity and ownership of the account. I kindly request that my identity and account ownership be manually verified, and that I be granted access to the account again. If possible, I also request that the email address linked to the account be updated to a new, accessible email so that I can securely manage it in the future. I expect a personalized, non-automatic response and a concrete solution so that I can regain control of my account.
