I Bought Robo Turbo1 Washer Through TikTok but It Came With a Broken Hose

On June 14, 2025, I purchased a Robo Turbo1 brand pressure washer through a TikTok advertisement. There was no contact information or warranty certificate included in the box, which already made me suspicious about the seller’s reliability. My complaint is this: the hose of the product I received was broken. I tried to find a way to contact customer support but couldn't reach anyone. I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities. I either want a refund for the product or a replacement with a new, undamaged one.
