TikTok Didn’t Approve My Promotion and Won’t Refund My Money

I purchased a promotion on TikTok because my videos weren’t getting enough reach. However, instead of approving the promotion, it was stuck under review for a long time, and eventually, I was notified that the promotion couldn’t be sent.

Now, not only did my promotion never run, but TikTok also didn’t refund my money! I contacted support, but there’s been no solution. I paid for a service that was never provided, and now I am left without my money or the expected results.
