Jobseeker Unauthorized Subscription Charge – Request Refund and Cancellation
I used Jobseeker only once to buy a one‑time CV upgrade because I wanted to try the service. After that, Jobseeker charged me 119 euro via Apple Pay without asking for my consent or clearly informing me about any subscription or recurring payment. I did not agree to any plan beyond the single CV upgrade. The unexpected 119 euro charge appeared in my account today, and I only noticed it when I checked my payment history. I contacted Jobseeker customer service about this unauthorized charge, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the 119 euro taken without my clear consent be fully refunded to my account and that any related subscription or recurring payment connected to my profile be cancelled immediately so that no further money is taken from me.
