TikTok Coins Not Loaded Despite Payment on Multiple Occasions

On November 15 and December 6, I purchased TikTok coins, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, the coins were never loaded into my account. I have submitted multiple reports to TikTok, but there has been no response or resolution.
This lack of communication is deeply frustrating. For such a widely used platform, the absence of functional customer support is unacceptable. My money has essentially gone to waste, and I have been forced to file a dispute with my bank to recover my funds.
I will not make any further purchases on TikTok until this issue is resolved. I demand immediate action to address this and ensure proper customer support for all users.
