I purchased a Samsung AR24TSHZHWKN air conditioner from the Karataş Bir Dünya AVM store on 23.07.2025. When the product was first installed, there was a serious noise coming from the outdoor unit. The team stated that it was a mounting error, made an adjustment and left. I could not use the air conditioner properly even for a while and turned it off. When I tried to turn it on again about a month ago, as the weather got warmer, I saw that the device was not blowing any cold air. During the service check, I was told that there was a gas leak and oiling caused by incorrect installation and mounting. I do not want to deal with such problems and breakdowns at such an early stage with a brand new product. The team that came said “we cannot do this, another team will come” and left, but after that no one called or came, and the problem still continues in the same way. Although they repeatedly suggested “let us repair the fault”, I do not accept any repair on an air conditioner that I bought as new. While it is clear that the product is defective due to installation, I am being victimized as a consumer and I cannot use the air conditioner as the process is prolonged. My request from Samsung and the store where I bought the product is that this defective air conditioner be replaced with a new one, or if this is not possible, that a full refund be provided. I want my grievance to be resolved quickly and a clear solution to be offered to me.
