MiniChat Wrongfully Banned My Account – Request Ban Removal or Reduction

I am writing because my MiniChat account was banned on Thursday, 16 July, for 335 hours without any valid reason. I was using the platform normally and did not receive any explanation, warning or notification about a rule violation before the ban was applied. I have not been informed about why I was banned and I strongly believe this sanction is unfair. I did not engage in behaviour that, to my knowledge, would violate MiniChat’s rules. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and that my ban be lifted as soon as possible. Even if the sanction is to remain, I am at least asking for the ban period to be reduced and for my account to be opened, for example for 10 minutes or half an hour, so that I can use my account again. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for this ban, if there is any, so that similar issues do not occur again in the future.
