TikTok Payment Not Credited – €185 Missing After Successful Transaction

On October 2, 2025, I attempted to add €185 in promotional balance to my TikTok account using my bank card. The payment was successfully processed by my bank, and the transaction history clearly shows the note “Withdrawal processed.” However, even after several days, the balance has not appeared in my TikTok account.
I contacted TikTok customer support regarding the issue, but no one has provided any help or resolution. I’ve never experienced a problem like this before, and the lack of response has been very frustrating.
My TikTok username is @zazaracon. I request that TikTok immediately investigate this issue and transfer the €185 promotional balance to my account without further delay.
