Tide Cleaners Charged Me $180 and Never Returned My Laundry

I'm somewhat annoyed with Tide Cleaners as I lately used their laundry services and they didn't respond. For a laundry service, I was invoiced $180.75; but, my garments never were returned. It's almost two weeks and despite attempting phone calls, emails, their app, and even social media—I haven't heard from customer service. I still lack my laundry even though my credit card has already been charged. The semester is almost over, hence I worry that this problem will never be fixed and I will be without clothes. This degree of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I am quite letdown by the customer service of Tide Cleaners.
