Tide Cleaners Overcharged Me and Ruined My Living Room Drapes

I visited Tide Cleaners lately to have the draperies in my living room dry cleaned. I was offered $12 each panel when I dropped them off, which seemed reasonable given the service. It would take roughly three days, they advised. One week later, at last I got a call saying my draperies were ready for pick-up. I was told upon arrival that the cleaning did not proceed as expected and they had to start over. Nobody earlier got in touch with me regarding the already irritating delay. I was shocked to find that instead of the original pricing I was charged $35 per panel. I paid $140 even with a 20% new customer discount! worst of all, the curtains returned crumpled and with obvious water stains absent previously. Though I expected excellent treatment, this was quite letdown. I'll not be back.
