On December 6, 2025, I paid ₺25 with my Enpara card for what was presented as a one‑week subscription on TheBestPDF. At the time of purchase, I accepted only this one‑week use and this fee, and I was not informed in any clear way about a continuing subscription or a much higher renewal amount. On December 18, 2025, I noticed that ₺1,599 had been charged to my Enpara card by TheBestPDF without my consent, notification, or explicit approval. I did not see or accept any information indicating that such a high amount would be withdrawn or that the membership would automatically continue. This transaction was carried out without my knowledge and against my will. On December 18, 2025, I contacted both my bank Enpara and thebestpdf, but I was informed that this amount would not be refunded. I only accepted the ₺25 payment for one week of membership and I absolutely did not approve either an ongoing subscription or the 1,599 TL fee. I request the full refund of the unauthorized ₺1,599 charged to my card and the immediate cancellation of all subscriptions and memberships opened in my name on thebestpdf platform.
