After paying with my Payoneer card, the site not only failed to convert my PDF to PPT as promised, but also charged me additional amounts that were never clearly disclosed. Without my clear consent to any subscription or extra service, I was later charged $15.95 USD on 27 May 2026. I did not see any transparent information about recurring charges or a subscription plan during the payment steps, so I consider these deductions to be hidden and unauthorized. I immediately contacted TheBestPDF support and requested a refund, explaining that I had only agreed to the $0.95 fee and that I never accepted any ongoing or higher charges, especially given that the service I paid for was not even delivered.
