Testora IQ Test Monthly Charge – Cancellation Request

I recently discovered that Testora IQ Test has been charging me a recurring monthly fee of $11.41, which I did not knowingly agree to as an ongoing paid subscription. The first payment I noticed was on June 26, 2026, and the charge appears on my Chase Freedom card. I have tried to find a way to contact Testora IQ Test and cancel this payment, but every attempt on their website or links I can find just leads me in circles and does not provide a clear cancellation option or valid contact information. My clear request is that this recurring payment to Testora IQ Test be stopped immediately and that my subscription, if any exists, be fully canceled so that no further monthly charges of $11.41 are taken from my Chase Freedom card.
