Cancel My Subscription To Testora
I am being charged $49 by Testora IQ App even though I never knowingly subscribed to any ongoing service. I only took an IQ test on their website and paid a one–time fee of $0.99, and after that I did not agree to or authorize any subscription or recurring charges. On my bank or card statement, the transaction appears as “Testora IQ-APP Wilmington DE 1007 North” (or very similar wording), and the $49 charge started appearing around June 12. I was not clearly informed that a subscription would start, and I did not give explicit consent for repeated $49 payments. I request that any active subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or account be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are made, and I also ask for a full refund of the unauthorized $49 charge. If a full refund is not possible, I at least want the subscription fully cancelled and written confirmation that I will not be billed again.
