Testora Complaint - Uknown Monthly Subscription

I discovered that a company listed on my bank statement as “Testora-Pro IQ Quiz Testora” has been charging me a recurring subscription fee of $29.99 per month, even though I never knowingly authorized or requested any subscription. The first charge appeared on March 23, 2026, followed by further charges on April 21, 2026, and May 21, 2026, all for $29.99. The only time I interacted with this service was when I took a single ID test for $9.99, which I understood to be a one-time purchase. At no point was I clearly informed that I would be enrolled in a monthly subscription, and I did not see or accept any clear notice or consent for ongoing charges. Apart from the transaction dates and amounts shown on my bank statements, I have no separate customer or order number. These amounts have been debited from my Chase Bank account, and I have already notified the bank about these unauthorized subscription charges and started the dispute process. I am now requesting that any subscription linked to my information with Testora-Pro IQ be cancelled immediately and that all monthly subscription fees charged to date be refunded in full, or at least as much as can be recovered. I ask that this situation be investigated, that my account data not be used for any further billing, and that I receive written confirmation of the cancellation and the outcome regarding the refunds.
