Testora Took Unauthorized Recurring Charges From My Account
I hold a Commbank account in Australia and have recently discovered that a company named Testora has been deducting money from my account without my authorisation. There have been 7 charges since December, totalling approximately 104 US dollars, even though I have never signed up for any Testora product or service. These deductions are completely unauthorised and I am extremely frustrated that money has been taken from my account over several months without my consent. I have sent multiple emails to Testora about these charges but have received no response at all, which increases my concern that this may be a scam. I request that all unauthorised transactions made by Testora be investigated urgently and that the total amount of approximately 104 US dollars be fully refunded to me. I also want these recurring payments to be cancelled immediately so that no further deductions are made from my account.
