Tesla Subscription Overcharged—Extra Fees Appear on Statement

For the past 7–8 months, since purchasing my vehicle, I have been paying a monthly subscription fee of $11 for my Tesla subscription through Iyzico. However, despite being subscribed, I noticed from my statement that on March 24, 2026, in addition to the $11 subscription fee, two separate charges of $1 each were also deducted from the same card on the same day.

These $1 charges have occurred at different times in previous months as well and have now become a recurring issue. While I am already paying the regular monthly subscription fee, I consider these additional repeated charges to be unfair.

I do not understand the basis for these charges, and there is no clear explanation in the transaction details. I attempted to contact customer service but was unable to reach anyone or get any clarification.

Therefore, I request a full refund of all the unauthorized $1 transaction fees charged through Iyzico related to my Tesla subscription and that no additional charges be applied beyond my standard subscription fee going forward.
