In the first, I was told the refund was processed on August 1, and in the second, on August 12, yet no refund has appeared on my card. After that, none of my emails were answered. When I informed a Tesla employee at Ankara Armada about the situation, I was given a dismissive response, saying, “It will come, in 2 months.” In each email, I also provided the last four digits of my credit card and requested the refund, yet I was never asked for any additional documents or information.
