Tesla Did Not Refund the Pre-Order Deposit

On July 28, I made a down payment of ₺140,000 with my credit card for a Tesla Model Y. On August 1, I canceled my order and requested a refund. However, more than a month has passed, and the down payment has still not been refunded. During this time, I sent multiple emails but only received two replies. In the first, I was told the refund was processed on August 1, and in the second, on August 12, yet no refund has appeared on my card. After that, none of my emails were answered. When I informed a Tesla employee at Ankara Armada about the situation, I was given a dismissive response, saying, “It will come, in 2 months.” In each email, I also provided the last four digits of my credit card and requested the refund, yet I was never asked for any additional documents or information. I urgently request that the ₺140,000 for my order RN125339873 be refunded to my account without further delay.
