Tesla Model Y Front Hood Opens Unexpectedly and Creates Safety Risk

I took delivery of my Tesla Model Y with license plate 06 F** 645 (motor number GFB251900007**, chassis number XP7YGCFS6SB6950**) in Turkey on 19/08/2025. Since then, I have encountered a serious safety-related problem with the vehicle. While the vehicle is parked, the front hood opens by itself. This has happened three times in total, and we noticed it via the Tesla app showing that the front hood is open. The last occurrence was on the morning of 21/09/2026. We immediately closed the hood each time, as we were very concerned about the safety risk. If this situation were to occur while driving, the air flow could cause the hood to suddenly open fully, potentially blocking the driver's view and creating an extremely dangerous and life-threatening situation for both the occupants of the vehicle and other road users. Up to now, we have not yet taken the vehicle to a service center, but due to the seriousness of the situation, I urgently request that this vehicle be called in for a detailed inspection, that the cause of this malfunction be identified, and that all necessary safety measures and repairs be carried out without delay. I also request that Tesla treat this case as a potential safety defect and handle it with priority and care.
