Tesla Model Y RWD Paint Defect On Rear Doors And Trunk

I purchased a black Tesla Model Y RWD in August 2025, and the vehicle currently has 5,562 km on it. This evening, on 08.01.2025, I noticed a serious paint problem on the car. On both rear side doors and on the baggage section there are visible paint defects. At first, we thought it was dirt or mud, but after checking carefully we realized that it is clearly an issue with the paint itself. The car is almost new and has been used very carefully, so such a paint problem at this low mileage and age is unacceptable to me. Since I noticed the issue around midnight in Turkey, I have not yet had the chance to contact Tesla service. I request that Tesla inspect my vehicle as soon as possible and carry out a free repaint or repair, or if necessary replace the affected parts, under warranty. I expect this paint defect to be resolved without any cost to me and without any loss in the car’s value or appearance.
Today, 08/01/2026, we applied for the service, and now they are evaluating the situation.
I've had a headache since the day I bought the Tesla Y; they sold me the worst, most problematic car that came off the production line. Moreover, the service in Türkiye is very inadequate. I'm not happy with the Tesla Y; it didn't make me happy.
Since the day I bought the Tesla Y, my head has been hurting; the worst, most problematic car that rolled off the production line was sold to me. Moreover, the service in Turkey is severely lacking. I am not satisfied with the Tesla Y; it didn't make me smile.
Turkey should not become a dump for Tesla, where the service receives vehicles without quality control and the sales are made with insufficient spare parts. Under these conditions, we will initiate the necessary procedures to cancel Tesla's sales in Turkey.
On 12.01.2026 the car came to the service in Ankara from 400 km away. They looked at the paint waste on the rear door reluctantly and just like that, saying it's normal, that all our cars have this problem, there's nothing we can do, go to a touch‑up specialist or auto painter. They gave a lot of advice. Tesla's service in Turkey is practically non‑existent; they didn't pay any attention at all. The car is 5 months old and under warranty; they know and acknowledge the design and paint defect in Tesla, yet they did nothing, they still do nothing. I deeply regret not buying a BYD instead of a Tesla.
