My Tesla Model Y Shows Only 370–380 km at Full Charge Instead of Promised 465 km

I purchased a Tesla Model Y, which is officially advertised to have a range of 465 km. However, every time I charge the vehicle to 100%, the range displayed on the screen is only 370–380 km—not even close to the advertised figure.
Let me be clear: this is not the actual driven range, but the projected range shown on the dashboard, which has consistently fallen short since day one. I contacted Tesla service, and they suggested I complete a calibration process, saying the issue would resolve after a few full charges.
Well, I’ve now driven the car for over 4,000 km, and nothing has changed. The display still shows far less range than what I was promised at purchase.
This is misleading and completely unacceptable for a brand like Tesla, especially when accurate range representation is a core decision factor for electric vehicle buyers. It feels like I’ve received a defective battery or software misconfiguration, and I demand urgent assistance and a clear resolution.
Progress
My Tesla Model Y is a 2025 model with a range of 465 km. Very interestingly, when the car is at 100% charge, it does not show above 393. Normally, they said to use it for over 5000 km and it would be fixed. They said it might need calibration. I did that, but nothing changed, it's the same again. It's very strange that the vehicle, which is supposed to have a range of 465, shows 393. I know the range can vary depending on usage, but my issue is that it should start at 465, but it starts at 393. Now they are doing deceitful things. I urgently need a solution and suggestions. If anyone has had a similar problem or has no issues, I would appreciate it if you could comment, to help solve the problem.
