Tesla Model Y Range Issue: Full Charge Shows 393km Instead of 455km

I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y, expecting a full-charge range of 455 km as advertised. However, after two full charges, the range displayed at 100% is only 393 km. When I raised this issue, Tesla responded by stating that the battery needs to be discharged to 0% and then fully recharged to 100% at least four times, and that it should ideally remain at 100% for an additional four hours to recalibrate.

This calibration should have been completed before delivery. Asking customers to deplete their battery to 0% is impractical, especially for those relying on their vehicle daily. Tesla needs to address this discrepancy and ensure the advertised range matches the delivered product. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.
