Tesla Long Range Mileage Discrepancy - Expecting Resolution

I would like to address a significant issue regarding the advertised range of my Tesla. The sales information stated a range of 455 km, but in reality, it doesn't even come close to that. While it shows a range of 393 km, it cannot achieve that either, with a maximum range of only 320 km.
This level of discrepancy is unacceptable. I feel misled regarding the capabilities of such a vehicle. I urgently expect a resolution from Tesla regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention.
